The fastest route to a useful answer is the quote form, because it captures what a consultant needs in order to reply with something specific rather than a request for more information. We reply to written survey requests within one working day (Hong Kong time).

A note on time zones. Our offices are in Hong Kong and mainland China, eight hours ahead of the UK in winter and seven in summer. A message sent during the UK working day is usually answered the following Hong Kong morning. Written enquiries therefore tend to get a faster substantive reply than a phone call placed at UK lunchtime.
